1. ORDERING PHASE

Alberghi PortugalBefore placing your order, adequate and accurate information shall be provided for us to determine your specified requirement, especially for the line of business and medium.

For clean water pump, required volume, head, inlet pressure and water temperature shall be provided with your order; medium information shall be provided for waste water pump besides above, whether its normal pump, sludge pump or sand pump; if anti acid-alkali pump is chosen, the consistency of the acid or alkali shall be stated. Any other special requirement such as sealing or fire protection pump shall individually be enclosed. This is critical for our staff to furnish you accurate quotation and relevant services promptly.

Besides, your order volume shall be not less than one 20¡¯ size container, because currently we don¡¯t have services for small volume order.

2. PRODUCTION PHASE

Once the price and other terms are fixed, we will sign the contract and once we received 30%~50% advance payment or irrevocable current Letter of Credit in our appointed bank, we will start processing your product. You can¡¯t revise your drawing and other indexes again once processing start.

Our production period is about 1~3 months which is determined by the type, amount of your ordered product. We can ensure you that all the product will be ready within your specified delivery time.

3. TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION

Naxos hotel roomsAfter the processing completed, we welcome your company to give inspection on finished products in compliance with terms of the Contract. At the same time, we will provide necessary product certificate and delivery your order on time.

Before delivery, we will provide the installation drawing to you for your preparation and we will consider provide installation service provided that large project or within the range of our local sales agent.
