Creation of a SWITCH 51

SWITCH 51:

Catamaran for the new millennium ...

Changing centuries, millennia, lifestyle in a Switch 51, that's an agenda that should attract many sailors. Famous designer, a size synonymous with comfort, speed, safety, careful construction in a shipyard that defines itself as a "workshop" and defends the values of fine quality and customization. The Switch 51 unquestionably represents an attempt to pull together the ideas of the year 2000 for long-distance travel multihulls.

The 15.40-m catamaran embodies a current trend: boats with realistic, ambitious and creative design options by shipyards on a human scale. In such "workshops", sailor-voyagers are understood and followed in all the dimensions of their project. They can customize their boats on the basis of a platform produced in limited numbers, thereby avoiding the problems of complete construction by the unit. They can follow up the construction of their units through regular visits to the shipyard, either directly on the site or by sending files on the Internet for some of them*.
