| GENERAL Series S Pumps are a single stage, double suction and split case centrifugal pump and are used to pump clean water or similar liquids in phsical and chemical properties: The temperature of the pumped liquid should not be ex- ceeded 80C. And the pump is mainly suitable for water supply in 'factories, mines, cities, hydropower staions, varous conservancy projects and irrigation in farms etc. Type SM Pump is a new product transformed from Type S Pump by adopting new anti-abrasive construction and anti-abrasive material, tased on features concerning the river with much silt and similar to water quiality. Type SF Pump is a transformed product from Type S Pump by adopting anti-corrosive material and mechanical -seal constrilction (or packing seal) . | NSTRUCTIONS Self- priming pumps can be used for handling water or similar liquids at temperature below 80~C and are suitable for lifting shallow ground water or wurface water for the purpose of agricultural irrigation and sprinkling, water supply and discharge for factories mines residential areas and sewage discharge.As there is no foot valve, it should be filled up with water before the first time starting. Water will be soon delivered once started and hence it is by no means necessary to fill the pump again. NS pump adopting open type impeller, FSR pump adopting close type impeller. It can be connected by any engine.

| The type IS pump is designed with performance and dimen- sions specified in accordance with the International Standard ISO 2858. The major components are lower casing(I) upper casing (2)impeller (3) shaft (4) wear ring (5) shaft sleeve (6) bearing bracket and bearing parts (10), ect. IS pump is designed with full back pullout. The rotating unit can be completely removed mo need to disturb suction and dis- charge piping (no need to disturbmotor with the shaft coupling extension) simplifying routime maintenance and inspection. The shaft seal is soft packing. The bearing of the pump is rolling bearing. The bearing can be lubricated with the rare oil. The rotation of the pump shaft is clockwise from the motor end. The materials of parts passed liquid are available in grey cast iron.
