Auto Crafters start the details portion of the paint scheme which includes clear coating, fine sanding and pin stripping the entire car's graphics.

The entire car is carefully sanded after the first coat of clear.  Master pin stripper Dr. RU was selected to complete two of the car's final details pin strips and the CAMARO fill in.  You can reach Doctor RU at drru151@aol.com Dr. RU will also be in the October 2002 issue of Car and Driver. 

Notice the dull look of the paint after a complete day a fine sanding. The next coat of clear goes on and is buffed to a glass finish.
