Martin Jones is a highly successful and accomplished agricultural advisory consultant with considerable team leadership and managerial skills. He has 19 years practical experience working with farmers, national and local government departments and corporate clients in the UK. He is a skilled and diplomatic negotiator, able to liaise at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills. He has worked internationally for a wide range of clients and initiatives from business development joint ventures for private investors to the management of large-scale projects for donor funding agencies such as DfID, World Bank, IBRD and the EU Technical Assistance programmes.

During the past 5 years Martin Jones has worked extensively in Central and Eastern Europe on the preparation, implementation and management of a considerable number large projects to develop agricultural support services and to aid the privatisation process. He has pioneered the introduction and promotion of business management techniques and skills for rural enterprises in emerging market economies and has worked to improve the viability and sustainability of rural livelihoods through technology transfer, institutional development and capacity strengthening. He is currently responsible for all International Business Operations across ADAS.
