Geoff Sansome has 17 years experience of working within ADAS as an agricultural adviser, manager and project director. His intricate knowledge and understanding of operations and structure of agricultural support services includes the delivery of advice to farmers and corporate clients, farmer associations and co-operatives, funding mechanisms for research, the establishment of demonstration farms and Team Leadership. This is backed up with practical experience and understanding gained from the family farm.

Geoff Sansome is an accomplished Team Leader, having lead multi-disciplinary teams through the restructuring and development of ADAS from a government department through to privatisation - from 'adviser to consultant'. Since 1992 he has successfully undertaken the overall management and direction of a number of large international projects managing multi-disciplinary teams, controlling budgets and the quality and schedule of outputs etween project team, client and funding organisation to ensure the smooth running of projects. His extensive experience of emerging market economies has been gained through the delivery of numerous assignments in Russia and Eastern Europe concerned with the provision of policy advice on the restructuring of agriculture, extension and business management training, and technical expertise.

Geoff Sansome is currently responsible for all International Business development activities across ADAS.
