Eat Fatty Fish Two times a week

Fish is a good source of protein and, unlike meat, its fat has health benefits. Omega 3 fatty acids found in certain fish help to prevent and treat disorders of the body. Some benefits are: keeping our cholesterol low, improving heart health and helping in preventing autoimmune diseases.

Mackerel, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon are some fish that are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
