Glenda has been with First Realty since 1984. Her cheerful, friendly, positive attitude makes our clients feel welcome. She is dynamic on the phone and has a personal flair greeting visitors.

Pat works closely with the President and the REALTORS® to keep accurate records of property listings and sales. She also generates flyers to promote new listings. Her main focus is to create good business relations at First Realty.

Chuck is the Managing Broker of the Villa Rica office which opened in 1994. The office is located 2 miles from I-20 off exit 5 or exit 6. The Villa Rica office is a member of the Tri-Counties West Board of REALTORS® and is a member of the Metro Atlanta Multiple Listing Service serving Carroll, Douglas, Paulding and Cobb Counties.

Susan's responsibilities are varied, from answering the phones to sustaining First Realty's growth by tracking listings, sales and by promoting advertisement of properties through The Real Estate Book, Georgia Homes and Land and the Newspapers.
