Accessible Services
The following services will be available for our guests with disabilities.
Accessible Services Information Booth
Free information on services & assistance offered is available at the Accessible Services Booth located on Adams at 6th. Services provided by the Sangamon County Chapter of the Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois and the Springfield Center for Independent Living. Hours are as follows.
Friday, September 24th 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday, September 25th 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday, September 26th 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Communication Assistants
Communication assistants will be available to walk with the hearing impaired on an individual basis. Communication assistants are available at the Accessible Services Information Booth and are provided by the Sangamon County Chapter of the Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois and the Springfield Center for Independent Living.

Visually Impaired
A summary of the festival can be obtained in Braille and Large Print at the Accessible Services Information Booth and are provided by the Sangamon County Chapter of the Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois and the Springfield Center for Independent Living.
Accessible Parking
Spaces are available in the Horace Mann parking lot on 9th & Jefferson. Vehicles must have properly designated license plates or permit cards. Accessible parking will be managed by the Sangamon County Chapter of the Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois and the Springfield Center for Independent Living. Hour as follows:

Wheel Chair Assistance
People who need wheel chairs to assist them in experiencing the festival may use one based on availability at the Accessible Parking Lot on 9th & Jefferson or the Accessible Services Information Booth on Adams & 6th. Provided and managed by the Sangamon County Chapter of the Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois and the Springfield Center for Independent Living.

Wheel chair accessible toilets are available throughout the festival at each portable toilet stations (see map for locations).
