Since 1997, Clarke Consulting has provided Technology and Information Systems Consulting services to a range of different organizations and currently serves some of the largest biotechnology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Clarke Consulting was founded by Matthew W. Clarke in February of 1997 as a sole proprietorship. Clarke Consulting received LLC status in March 2000 and transitioned its operations to Clarke Consulting Incorporated in June 2002.

In addition to being the CEO and Founder of Clarke Consulting, Mr. Clarke has consulted for nearly 10 years on a wide range of technology and system administration issues for more than 70 different organizations. Prior to founding Clarke Consulting, Mr. Clarke consulted with other organizations in the biotech industry and on-campus at Stanford University. He has programmed, worked, and lived with computers and networks for more than 15 years, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford.
