The parallel development of Digital Video (DV) cameras and incredible advances in personal computer performance have resulted in a massive increase in the quality and sophistication that can be brought to a wedding video production - sophistication that allows us to make art.
Using DV cameras from Sony and Canon, The Visual Magician is able to capture the events and emotion of your wedding day, without making you feel like you're on the set of a Hollywood movie.
Once the video has been shot, we digitally edit the video using Apple Computer's Final Cut Pro software, and then make a DVD for you using Apple's DVD Studio Pro, making the whole process from beginning to end 100% digital and providing you the very highest quality. This same technology is used by Steven Soderbergh in movies like "Traffic" and "Full Frontal"; you're getting the best there is.
Of course, technology is only a small part of the story. Good technology allows us to forget about the knobs and buttons and to focus on capturing your special memories in an unforgettable way.

Digital Video
While art is much more important in the making of a wedding video; the right technology is as critical to a videographer as the right brushes are to a painter.
Using the right tools allows us to focus on the art of videography.
